When We Say Clean, We Mean Immaculate

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

Basic House Cleaning

Most customers prefer regular visits. It creates more free time while reducing the effect allergens, bacteria and other unhealthy substances have on their families. For that reason, weekly or every other week cleaning services are most popular.

  • Weekly: Popular for busy homes, full of life and social commitments.

  • Bi-weekly: Great for help with general upkeep.

  • One Time/Monthly: A thorough cleaning just when you need it.

   Deep Cleaning

The deep clean service option is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning of your home. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past three (3) months, or if you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis. A deep clean includes all the services of a standard clean but with more attention to areas you may have forgotten to clean up over time. This in depth cleaning will get your home 'super' clean. Our deep clean is recommended for the first visit. Afterwards, our standard service will be more than enough to keep your house in top shape.

Deep Cleaning consists of washing down your cabinets, baseboards, door frames, window sills and doors. We will also clean your light fixtures and fan blades, blinds and detail the kitchen and bathroom areas. We do not clean carpets but we do edge along the baseboard line and vacuum. We can also move small pieces of furniture. Refrigerator and oven cleaning is also considered deep cleaning!

Move-In Cleaning

When most people move, they’re so wrapped up with packing and move-out cleaning that they forget their future house or apartment needs to be cleaned, too. However, you want your new home to be comfortable and tidy, so it’s important to do some move-in cleaning before you unpack all your boxes. You can create a move-in cleaning checklist can make settling into your new home a little easier.

Move Out Cleaning

Now that the rooms are empty – or nearly empty – it’s time to get your home or apartment looking even better than it did when you first moved in. Many house or apartment contracts require a “broom-clean.” Others require a thorough checklist that covers everything from baseboards to the microwave oven.
